Returns & Refunds Policy
Return Eligibility: Products eligible for a refund must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Qualifying Products: To qualify for a return, the product must be:
- Undamaged and unused
- In its original packaging, including all accessories and printed materials
Human Sport reserves the right to:
- Charge a 15% restocking fee
- Refuse a refund if the product is not returned in its original condition
You will also need the receipt or order number for the return.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Software licenses and service subscriptions
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items, such as impact screens, custom-sized foam orders, custom curtain measurements)

Return Process:
- Contact Human Sport Support: Email support@humansport.co.za to obtain a return number before sending the product back. This helps us track the return status.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refund Process:
- Human Sport will process refund claims promptly.
- Refunds are not issued until the returned product is received by Human Sport.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
- It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at support@humansport.co.za.
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue and take corrective steps.
Exchanges: The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the current item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
