Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Human Sport South Africa. We are committed to providing a seamless and efficient delivery experience for our customers. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our processes and timelines.

1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship within South Africa, covering all major cities and towns. If you are in a remote area, additional shipping fees or longer delivery times may apply.

Please contact us for international shipping.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size and weight of your order.

3. Delivery Times

We strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times for standard products are:

Major cities & metropolitan areas: 2-5 business days

Regional & remote areas: 5-10 business days

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment's progress.

Custom orders, and specific products (e.g. impact screens), may take up to 3 weeks. This will be communicated to you when your order is confirmed.

4. Order Processing

Orders placed before 11h00 on business days will be processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Courier Services

We partner with reputable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery. However, shipping times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or high order volumes.

6. Delivery Address

Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Human Sport is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. If you do not receive tracking details, please contact our support team at orders@humansport.co.za.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare case that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will assist with a replacement or refund where applicable. If the packaging is clearly damaged, this must be marked or written on the Proof of Delivery that the courier partner gets you to sign.
